My overall experience has been a roller coaster with more uncertainty each day. For a company that's $500M in revenue and 42 years of success, I would not have anticipated this type of ride. The parent company's acquisition of Wind River 3 years ago has led to a leadership overhaul, 2 reorgs, budget cuts, a recently implemented RTO policy, and a significant shift in micromanagement. All of this has led to a toxic culture in the last 6 months.
