Working at Winmo has been a great experience overall. I love the flexibility of remote work and really appreciate that the management team trusts employees to do their jobs without micromanaging. It creates a positive, low-stress environment. The pay is fair, though there’s always room for improvement. Winmo is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a niche market with a solid product and a supportive team.

OK, the company felt like it played favorites based on who lives in the area vs who is remote. I had a great manager, and the sales guys are solid people.
