Former Employee The culture at Wiz has changed significantly over the last 12 months. As the company prepares for their IPO, they have inserted stringent sales methodologies, increased quotas and lowered the commission target rates. In addition, there are too many sellers in territory which means only a few will hit their numbers if they have the right accounts.
