Wonolo needs to take a look into the current Leadership. There is a total lack of diversity and men clearly run things. There is a very hostile, unprofessional and combative person who is taking away from Wonolo’s success by scaring off incredible talent and ruining culture. Get him out. Now.

Wonolo was a great place to work a couple years ago. Unfortunately leadership has let things fall apart. Their KPIs to not align with the comp plans. And people are being held to KPIs that are not communicated to them. It is a car going 90 miles an hour down the freeway and the wheels are falling off. My overall experience has been great. Depending on what team you're on and who your manager is, your experience can be very different. The company goes through a lot of changes very fast, which can cause instability in job security and career growth.
