Product not adapting quickly enough compared to competitors. Senior management is not experienced, bad culture created, and poor base pay and commission. Hire and fire mentality with a focus on cheap labor.

My overall experience was short. No clear guidance from the upper management. It’s a start-up and they still figuring this out I assume. The team I joined was great good people.
