Excellent organisation for company culture. The product they sell is widely used within the organisation and it works. Very collaborative environment. The main problems are growth and development. The sales cycle is long and so is everything else in the company. It's not quite flexible to newer strategies or investing in tech stack. There is serious lack of internal mobility or growth opportunities.

Company doesn’t know what it wants to do long term. Recent shift to “AI” which will last less than a year before something new and shiny comes along
