Current Employee Nice to have software versus needs to have in an over saturated market… if you’re considering recognition, it’s a great concept and you get to witness positive outcomes when companies get it but it’s a difficult move to make as a software sales rep right now. At Workhuman the sales team is being hammered with trainings and then you have leadership up to the CEO listening to chorus calls on a regular basis to provide “feedback” and constant pressure to meet quotas and goals that have been over inflated for years. Percentage of reps to hit quota YoY sits between 10-15%… do the math.
To Workhuman, it isn’t the sales team. It’s the culture, and that starts from the top. Read the moodtracker pulse results for what they were intended for and take action.
