Too many management layers -- 8 between ICs and CEO at last count -- that inhibits problem solving and decision making. Execs are not involved in the business which is a blessing and a curse. Minimal accountability from support groups including PS and sales ops, so they are free to do whatever they want with impunity. Winning and continuous improvement comes secondary to people's feelings. Most people in mid management roles that fail, fail upward.

Executive leadership is great and has a great vision. Benefits are top of the line. Pay could be better, but the real improvement needs to happen with middle management. Work life balance is not prioritized and no accountability taken.
