Great company, solid training. Leadership on the team was 'entry level' at best and was not appropriate for the space in which I was hired. Sales earnings were completely subjective.

Solid place to work, especially at St.Louis HQ or traditional selling region. Very little support or structure for new territories or states. Ridiculous quotas compared to similar companies. Old boy network + nepotism comprises senior leadership.
