Current Employee Overall my experience has been terrible- I do not look up to anyone of the leadership team. Wurth needs to focus on paying their employees what they are worth and investing in employee training and development. There is a wave of people leaving- which should tell you all that you need to know. I think it's going to be a rocky few years but Wurth is making the right strategic moves to be a serious player here in the U.S.
