I was in a Production product seller role selling into specific verticals. The compensation is well below market value and success is territory driven. Management was toxic and did not always put us in the best position to be successful. As an entry level sales job the training was adequate and helps you learn how to be a professional, but long term this is not a sustainable organization to achieve growth and success.
