Unrealistic OTE/terrible pay. Management is an experienced and only interested in individuals on their team that are producing instead of coaching and supporting others employees they manage.

Good company, bad sdr management. Only top 10% of sdrs who have been there for 5+ years get good, warm or decent campaigns, the rest get lead that maybe you’ll book an appointment a month.

I loved my coworkers and the unlimited pto that I didn’t take advantage of but there were so many layoffs and I did not feel fairly compensated

My achievements and determination were awarded with a faster track into management, but this was also a result of good talent leaving and an inability to attract new and experienced talent due to many reasons, one of which being, non-competitive compensation
