Xplor will hire anyone, regardless of professional background, for their field services division. What that means is that we had lots of ex-retail, ex-hospitality, ex-service-industry, etc. workers who had little to no previous sales experience. These are the people ending their months with 0 - 2 qualified opportunities, when quota ranges anywhere from 4 - 8....Read More
