This company doesn't know how to break into the North American market. Most of their revenue comes from ANZ so if you're not working in the ANZ market, it will be difficult to hit your targets. Also there is no North American marketing done, so you don't get support that way as well.

My overall experience similar to most employees there. The CEO is very eccentric and unpredictable. He has mood swings and tantrums all the time. This makes work environment very hard. Not recommend it.

I was lucky enough to start when the business was truly booming, but after a few years, good talent started to leave, bad decisions made on leadership and the CEO controls absolutely everything. Now it is a flat structure, with zero growth in the business. Couple this with below market salaries, I don't see many AE's sticking around for long.
