Good company to work for that cares about their employees and not a very high stress job. They lack in a good commission structure, management could use some work, and the culture is not great when in office.

Management is all over the place and there is not much money to be made. Teams are not set up for success with long sales cycles for small-cost software licenses. Yardi has completely lost the plot on incentivizing their employees and developing competitive solutions. A sales role with this company is not rewarding nor does the management inspire and motivate you.
