East is far better than west. The west is where the HQ is located and has had excessive exposure for the last few decades. Its very hard to find new logos in the west.

Yardi was the worst sales org I have ever worked for. They micromanaged everything....Badge swipes coming/going from office, activity, cell phone tracking, email monitoring and review...Horrible culture and environment.
