Yelp has been an amazing company to work for. Great culture, career growth opportunities, rewarding pay if you are willing to put in the work and more than enough resources to succeed. The people that struggle are not able to get out of their own way, don’t implement feedback and/or have personal habits that prevent them from getting the job done.

This is a great first job - you learn to get over you fears of cold calling, resiliency, and there is GREAT work life balance. However, compensation can be better. The company is also too proactive in trying to be woke.
