Current Employee Business owners hate Yelp and so do the employees. Depends all on which manager you get how enjoyable your day to day is. Had a cool laidback manager with great coaching capabilities and he sadly left and now I have a whacko micromanager which has ruined any sense of enjoyment I got out of this job before, which was already very little. This job is quite literally ruining my mental health and I am searching hard for something better currently. Do not recommend at all
