Former Employee My overall experience here was positive in many respects. Leadership invested in building a clear sales process and enablement structure, which made it easier to execute and grow pipeline. Collaboration with presales and delivery was strong, and there was focus on value-based selling. The challenges were mainly in balancing priorities during periods of change and aligning resources across functions. Overall, I was able to achieve results through structure, cross-team support, and a culture that rewarded accountability along with communication and performance.
