Zapier is a great company, with a great product and team. There are struggles going upmarket, specifically around Enterprise functionality and controls, but all departments are now working together to ensure Zapier can go Upmarket

Great org to work at, but going upmarket has been tough as not all cross functional teams (Build, Marketing, Sales) have been on the same page, and our product needs to be more Enterprise ready, specifically around observability and ability to build more complex workflows
