Elite sales team, incredible product being built with the advantage of being a category creator. Definitely the underdog mentality and a grind, but if you do well, extremely rewarding. Ability to get promoted from within quickly.

Great company with great sales culture. As for any organisation - every place has their flaws. Zip will be regonized globally as the #1 procurement software at the enterprise level - already achieving this in North America. Commercial will trail behind, with velocity, as the company expands its product offerings to better service all industries in SMB/MM.
