Zip is a revolving door for both leadership and ICs. Firings take place left and right. They are so frequent that the word "layoff" is avoided completely. Very few people hit quota every quarter. I'm not sure the exact breakdown but it's very low. Inbound leads are bountiful but Zip is very slow to convert. Cross-functional leadership does not prioritize professional development in a successful way (particularly within the BDR org) and it shows through their turnover rates. Overall, I would describe my overall experience at Zip as learn by fire.
