Great when I joined 8 months ago. All residential leads were at the DSAE's fingertips and there was more than enough to go around. Sales teams would meet up once a month for coffee and donuts, very inclusive sales environment. Then, the last couple of months the leads split into different teams leaving our team with leads with the hardest sell. There was no effort to combat this change and we are stuck with the same quota and deals.

Not too bad, it’s a growing company. Processes are clunky and not a lot of policies established. Footprint is very small. Territories are so small, it creates a cut throat environment where others will be swooping in on your opps and prospecting in your patch. Culture is non existent. No sense of team.
