Current Employee Not too bad, it’s a growing company.
Processes are clunky and not a lot of policies established.
Footprint is very small.
Territories are so small, it creates a cut throat environment where others will be swooping in on your opps and prospecting in your patch.
Culture is non existent.
No sense of team.
Not enough PTO
Success is territory dependent.
Flexible schedule.
Good opportunity to make some money if you can get past all the noise and have a good territory.
