No consistency, no understanding of what sales is going through, and they don't even want to try and understand. Upper management just wants to do it their way, which is like the 90's.

Territories are so small, it creates a cut throat environment where others will be swooping in on your opps and prospecting in your patch. Culture is non existent. No sense of team. Not enough PTO Success is territory dependent. Flexible schedule....Read More
