Former Employee2.6Apr 17, 2025Overall, the people are good, but upper management is horrible. They keep changing things and expect the sales team to hit quota every time. No consistency, no understanding of what sales is going through, and they don't even want to try and understand. Upper management just wants to do it their way, which is like the 90's.
