Overall, the people are good, but upper management is horrible. They keep changing things and expect the sales team to hit quota every time. No consistency, no understanding of what sales is going through, and they don't even want to try and understand. Upper management just wants to do it their way, which is like the 90's.

Not too bad, it’s a growing company. Processes are clunky and not a lot of policies established. Footprint is very small. Territories are so small, it creates a cut throat environment where others will be swooping in on your opps and prospecting in your patch. Culture is non existent. No sense of team. Not enough PTO Success is territory dependent. Flexible schedule....Read More

Overall my experience was pretty good. Leadership had a hard time defining who should call mid market vs Enterprise…. ROE was a mess.
