Zocdoc has a decent company culture, and the sales team management is one of the highlights—they actually listen to feedback and make changes to improve things, which is rare. The pay needs to be improved, and the workload can get pretty heavy sometimes and monotonous, but overall, it was a good experience.

Overall, this product is a nice to have. The limitations in the technical framework limits client's opportunities to utilize the data for real-time business decision making. The management of the client's investment is challenging with a limit to scaling. Nice people internally. Lots of internal technical debt limiting employees in performing at a fast pace.

My overall experience at ZocDoc was great. It was an upcoming startup with some helpful, insightful leadership. The office culture is robust and puts the staff first they have an abundant compensation plan.
