Zocdoc has a decent company culture, and the sales team management is one of the highlights—they actually listen to feedback and make changes to improve things, which is rare. The pay needs to be improved, and the workload can get pretty heavy sometimes and monotonous, but overall, it was a good experience.

This company was run by a bunch of McKinsey consultants with huge egos and no leadership skills, drama led to the ousting of the original ceo, and they never went anywhere. Could have been great with real leaders
