Zones is attempting to grow and change their place in the market. Compensation can be high if you are extremely successful, but a green services division and confusing and extremely slow internal processes slow down momentum with a customer and increase burnout. Very little opportunity for upward movement in a sales role.

It's been overall good. I fit in well and enjoy the teams I work with. These definitely disparity when it comes to accounts from person to person. It's feast or famine.
