Could not recommend avoiding this company enough if I tried. Zero culture or sales enablement. Picture the first 30 mins of wolf of Wall Street as the sales culture to walk into. A local leader who doesn’t believe in clear KPIs, enablement resources but holds firm lines of accountability. Recommend doing your due diligence, reach out to previous employees and ask lots of questions.

Zones is not a place I recommend, used to have a good structure and support, but the company spends its time extracting value rather than delivering it.
