Sales org is fractured with too many silos…and, while base is high, tracking and commission payouts are extremely low. Most regions are carried by 1 or 2 sellers with the rest struggling.

Zones is attempting to grow and change their place in the market. Compensation can be high if you are extremely successful, but a green services division and confusing and extremely slow internal processes slow down momentum with a customer and increase burnout. Very little opportunity for upward movement in a sales role.
