My overall experience at Zoovu was mixed. For experienced reps, it offers a solid product-market fit and the benefit of remote work, making it ideal for those who are self-sufficient and already established in their sales careers. However, it may not be the best environment for newer reps who are looking for substantial learning opportunities and development support. There is also a noticeable churn among top-performing reps.

Overall, the company is in the same boat as many other software companies trying to balance economic factors, managing remotely, dealing with turnover, and making their enterprise product fit post covid budgets. Sales are tough. Platform requires tons of customization.
