Former Employee LOTS of inbound leads - guided sales where you do a quick financial analysis' of clients output/ credit card / unsecured debt/ credit check - then enroll them in debt resolution programs - the leads were extremely consistent the only catch was a lot of the leads were specifically looking for loans and some clients felt they were being bait and switched - even though that wasn't the case. Great training , great leadership - the other catch was your commission was reliant on your customers making the first 3 months of payments ( people who are in 30k-200k worth of credit card debt - aka people who arent the best at making their payments ) So that was rough - having your 1% commission and 600k quota would go up and down because of cancellations / people with cold feet. Great company and I'm fairly certain they changed their commission structure since I left - the old one was toxic.
