Zeller pay sales people terribly. It is a growth at all costs culture from the top, and reps are expected to constantly perform and move onto the next deal, even though the base salary is low and commissions are almost non existent.

Good stepping stone for other opportunities later on. Leadership is not interested in retaining top talent as much as it should, especially in sales and CS.
