Overall Addison Group over promises and under delivers. The product that they provide is dying. Why use an expensive boutique service when AI can help parse out more resumes and optimize your team to interview yourself.

My overall experience with Addison Group was that upper management didn’t care about anything but the bottom line at whatever cost. Leadership is out of touch with reality and still wants to do things “old school” instead of modernizing.
