Current Employee2.4Sep 25, 2024The only issue I have is with how some of the management can be. In some cases they will have very conflicting/contradicting opinions when looking at the data. KPI's matter much more then hitting or over attaining your number.

Current Employee3.1May 6, 2025Great place to earn money but you need to get lucky with a spending account. Aiven has a self-service model which allows customers to sign up online without speaking to a rep. The reps who make money are assigned high-growth accounts and ride that wave.
