Enablement is the highlight of this organization's value to a rep. Base Salary is middling in the industry, leadership has been shifting due to equity partners, and staff cuts have affected team morale to a degree. Culture is great, office is great. Product is really good. If you're looking to improve your career, AM is a great option. If you're looking to maximize your payout, might want to keep your eyes open.

The organization was great when I got there. Prior to 2022 there had been good quota attainment by the reps and the org. Interest rate hikes have made organizations very hesitant to buy emergency communications software. The org has laid off many people including sales leadership, marketing budgets and SDRs have been reduced. There is the skeleton of a good org here...Read More

Overtained, overworked, and underpaid. The training is constant and is compensation for not having a product that is a necessity in a recession. They have abandoned their culture's core tenants of having a "no a$$hole policy" and treating people like humans, not robots.
