Overworked, micromanaged and underpaid can sum up my experience at AlertMedia. There is no transparency between leadership and reps. Unless this is your first sales job I would highly recommend working elsewhere.

Enablement is the highlight of this organization's value to a rep. Base Salary is middling in the industry, leadership has been shifting due to equity partners, and staff cuts have affected team morale to a degree. Culture is great, office is great. My overall experience was disappointing. I was told it would take about a year to build a solid pipeline and close deals consistently. Built over $1 million in pipeline and was let go just after my 1yr anniversary.

Strong product market fit. Some AEs absolutely crush it here...others are average at BEST. Seems like there is no in between. Territory plays a huge part here.
