Base pay isn't competitive for the market, but they make up for it with multi-year commission, great enablement, and a solid corporate culture ("no assholes")

Overworked, micromanaged and underpaid can sum up my experience at AlertMedia. There is no transparency between leadership and reps. Unless this is your first sales job I would highly recommend working elsewhere.

Tremendous office culture and leadership. Leaders don't micromanage and work with you to get desired results. Due to international expansion roles, inbound activity has dropped significantly compared to just a year ago. This means quota attainment and earnings have decreased.
