Like most orgs, quotas are constantly increasing. New products are brought to market, and with that comes additional quota. More new hires, smaller TAMs, trying to squeeze out every opportunity. The rate at which "AI" is currently thrown around in all of tech sales ensures that no matter how much is done, it's never enough.
