Pretty standard San Francisco startup. Trying to grow up and scale quickly, so that means it can be messy at times. Overall a decent company with decent PMF. Will never hold the top market share, but they don't have a lot of competitors for their business model. Leadership was okay. Openly say "we're going to make 5 decisions quickly and get 2 of them right." So that's the type of work environment to expect.

Like most orgs, quotas are constantly increasing. New products are brought to market, and with that comes additional quota. More new hires, smaller TAMs, trying to squeeze out every opportunity. The rate at which "AI" is currently thrown around in all of tech sales ensures that no matter how much is done, it's never enough.
