Current Employee I truly love this company - they really care and have got the sales environment spot on, there's no toxicity and a great team culture. This comes from the way leadership spill down & truly uphold the values. Can't speak highly enough of the culture.
Additionally, they'll avoid hiring people who are dickheads so the team vibe is really good. A very nurturing experience and the opposite of these large high growth organisations.
Base salaries aren't the most competitive, however, commission structure is very good with lots of accelerators. & the training is incredible so the likelihood of hitting target is really high.
