Former Employee My overall experience wasn't bad. I had a great manager but the corporate team, director and decision makers of the company treated employees like numbers. There was 0 trust in the employees and micro-management was of the highest I have ever experienced. Base pay is great but if you care about work life balance or a company to grow within. This is not it. It's a do as you're told role.
