This is a great company to work for and the culture is awesome. There is very little micro managing compared to other sales orgs and work life balance is really good. Leadership is excellent and you can tell everyone really gets along and trusts each other. Pay could be better but the hybrid schedule and culture are great.

My overall experience was positive - BigCommerce was expanding in Europe so there was plenty of opportunities for growth.
