Current Employee Overall, my experience at Commerce.com was good. On the positive side, the company has solid technology that can open doors with certain prospects. Some leaders genuinely care about their teams and try to create an environment where ICs can succeed. I also found a handful of smart, motivated colleagues who were willing to collaborate and share best practices.
That said, there were challenges that impacted consistency and growth. The sales process can feel a bit fragmented, with shifting priorities and limited clarity around territory planning
