My overall experience is that you matter at this company and they invest in you. But, the work life balance is far from ideal, we are drifting further into a corporate culture vs the personal and appreciative culture that once was. Bitwarden is in a defining stage where the performance/growth over the next few years will indicate how high Bitwarden can rise. Understandably, because of this, stress levels are at an all time high. While we focus on growth, I hope Bitwarden doesn't lose touch with what made this company great from the start.

Company is headed down the drain, terrible sales leadership, comp changes each year that punish the reps and the overall sentiment amongst the team is that they have no room to breathe. Constant stress and anxiety that is made worse with a sales leader that treats you like garbage and berates you. Word of advice, don't apply, the golden years here are done, no reps...Read More
