My overall experience is not great. You're managing deals completely on your own without much involvement. Manager will give advice that is half the time useless or wastes time. Never joins call with you and just wants updates on deals. Every deal is your fault if it doesn't close.

When it was hot it sold easily, from 2019 - 2021, around 22 most of the pipeline disappeared. These days there are no new Enterprise deals, it's just renewals for those who haven't gotten around to switching over to Microsoft
