Nobody made "survival" pay on my role, and company did not tell us about how many demos went to no-shows, which I expect was high. BDRs had to lie to customers to make basic survival pay.

Other than a good base salary, there's not much to say. Horrendous. I was hired as a first round of US-based employees, and I do not think the company was set up to pay anyone in the US. They did not want me to fill out a W2, continually stalled on sending me equipment and did not have a US health care package established before hiring us (the company is based in Toronto). Chaotic structure, management expects ridiculous output of 100-200 cold calls daily, holds sales reps and AE's in meetings past 5pm daily. Withold payment and benefits as well, avoid working here.
