Chaotic structure, management expects ridiculous output of 100-200 cold calls daily, holds sales reps and AE's in meetings past 5pm daily. Withold payment and benefits as well, avoid working here.

Other than a good base salary, there's not much to say. Horrendous. I was hired as a first round of US-based employees, and I do not think the company was set up to pay anyone in the US. Nobody made "survival" pay on my role, and company did not tell us about how many demos went to no-shows, which I expect was high. BDRs had to lie to customers to make basic survival pay.
