Former VMware seller. Broadcom is a very cut and dry business org. They want to gain maximum revenue from existing clients and don't really care about getting news ones. In sales, it feels like people are just hanging on for the RSUs.

not well, they didnt really train you or give opportunities for growth. It is cutthroat with little direction and use RSU's to make it seem like a great place. In reality, it is simply not.
